Meditation

Find yourself a comfortable posture.

close your eyes, feel the thighs, sitting bones and hips become heavy and sink into the ground. lengthening your spine upright.
inhale, expanding your chest open, allowing your shoulder blades release down back. your chin just tuck slightly download.
your face soft, your tongue softly rest on the top of your mouth.
feel the invisible thread connect from the crown of your head to the ceiling. Try to focus on one thing which helps you to ease all other tensions and activity in the mind. Inhale, bring the pure and positive energy into your body, exhale, release all negativity out.
